Refund and Return Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions that follow below you may return an Online Purchase for the following reasons:

• You have changed your mind about the product; or
• The product does not match your order; or
• The product has a fault; or
• Fitting/size issues

Return Policy
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:

1. Returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Is in original purchased condition with tags attached.
3. Has not been worn and washed.
4. Not damaged in any way.

Terms & conditions:

1. Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal.
2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive your order back as product will be thoroughly checked and in case of tampering or pilferage where we believe it is applicable, provide you with a refund or exchange.
3. In case any of the conditions with regard to our Return Policy is not met, we hold full rights to discard return request and the same product will be returned back.
