Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, returns and refunds are accepted only for items received in a damaged condition.

1. Eligibility for Return (Damaged Items Only)

We will initiate a return and refund only if the product is visibly damaged upon delivery.

What Qualifies as a Damaged Item

A product is considered damaged if it:

• Is torn or ripped

• Has broken seams

• Shows a significant manufacturing defect

• Displays damage that was present before shipping

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Minor imperfections or slight color variations

2. Mandatory Proof of Damage: Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our brand, a complete and continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all damage-related claims.

Unboxing Video Requirements

The video must:

• Be recorded before opening the package

• Clearly show the shipping label and unopened packaging

• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits

• Clearly show the damaged area on the product

• Be continuous from start to finish

⚠️ Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

3. Return Procedure

If you receive a damaged item and meet the above requirements, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify Us

Step 2: Submit Proof

Email us:

• The mandatory unboxing video

• Clear photographs of the damaged area

Step 3: Claim Review

Our team will review your claim and evidence within 1–3 business days.

Step 4: Return Approval & Shipping

• If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions

• Do not send the product back without approval

Step 5: Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify the damage matches the submitted proof.

4. Refund Process

After successful inspection and confirmation:

• Refund Method: Original payment method

• Refund Amount: Full refund (product price only)

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
