Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, returns and refunds are accepted only for items received in a damaged condition.

We will initiate a return and refund only if the product is visibly damaged upon delivery.
What Qualifies as a Damaged Item
A product is considered damaged if it:

Non-Returnable Situations

2. Mandatory Proof of Damage: Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our brand, a complete and continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all damage-related claims.
Unboxing Video Requirements
The video must:

Be recorded before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label and unopened packaging

Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits

Clearly show the damaged area on the product

Be continuous from start to finish
⚠️ Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
3. Return Procedure
If you receive a damaged item and meet the above requirements, please follow these steps:

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify the damage matches the submitted proof.
